At Send Payments, we’re doing some exciting upgrades to our platform which will result in smoother and faster pay-in and pave the way for even more products and features moving forward.

Part of this work will include updating the AUD bank account details that you pay in to from November 2023.

Bank Account

When you set up your Send account, you’ll need a bank account registered in your own name. This will be the account that you use to transfer your funds to us.

When transferring funds to Send you will need to pay to the respective account details provided to you on during trade booking workflow.

PayID

As a result of our exciting upgrades, for now we are no longer able to offer PayID, allowing us to focus on our smoother and faster pay in feature. However, this is not for forever. We are actively in the process to find replacement PAY ID solution. Send has removed this functionality in November 2023.

PoliPay

PoliPay has announced that it is decommissioning its Australian offering. Accordingly, following launch, you will only be able to transfer funds to us by bank transfer.

As the global payment landscape continues to evolve keep an eye out for many more online payment options coming soon.
