Terms and Conditions
This promotion is offered by SendFX Pty Ltd ACN 617 647 220 (‘Send’). Send holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (No. 509635).
By taking up this promotion (‘the Promotion’) you agree to accept the terms and conditions of the promotion as outlined below (‘the Promotion Terms’), as well as Send’s Terms and Conditions of service and all Additional Material as defined in Send’s Terms and Conditions of service.
THE PROMOTION PERIOD
3. This Promotion opens on 1 September 2025 and closes at 23:59:59 AEST on 30 September 2025 (‘The Promotion Period’).
THE PROMOTION
4. Where the eligibility and other requirements outlined under the Promotion Terms are met Send will enter eligible clients names in a draw to win one AUD1000 Visa voucher (‘the Promotion Payment’). Visa is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this Promotion.
5. The Promotion Payment takes the form of a voucher issued by a third-party issuer and use of the voucher will be subject to the voucher providers’ terms and conditions.
6. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Entry is free. No purchase or payment is required
7. The winner of the Promotion Payment will be drawn randomly by Send. The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 7 October 2025 at Send Payments, Level 11, 13 Hickson Road, Dawes Point, NSW, 2000. The draw will be conducted using a computerised random selection process; a draw log will be kept for audit.
8. The winner of the Promotion Payment will be contacted by Send by email and/or phone no later than 2 business days after the prize draw and will be announced on the Send’s website and/or social media channels no later than 10 October 2025.
9. If the drawn winner is uncontactable with reasonable attempts, found to be ineligible or fails to claim the prize within three (3) months of the draw date, a redraw will occur in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. If a redraw is required, it will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 8 January 2026 at the same location as the original draw. The redraw winner will be contacted and announced in the same manner as the original draw.
11. The Promotion Payment will be sent to the e-mail address recorded on the winner’s Send account within 10 business days of confirming eligibility and receipt of delivery details.
12. Send may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.
13. Send takes no responsibility if contact details, including email address and phone numbers, are not correctly recorded on file.
14. The Promotion Payment is not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable.
15. Send reserves the right to decline to register any person for a Send account. In some instances, Send may, at its sole discretion, require additional information or documentation to complete a registration. Send accepts no liability for delays associated with exercising its discretion.
16. To the extent permitted by law, Send Payments’ and its partners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or the Promotion Payment, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Send’s total liability under these Promotion Terms is limited in all respects to AUD100.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
17. This promotion is not open to any person employed by Send, its business partners or affiliates, or their immediate family members (e.g., spouse/de-facto, parent, sibling, child, household member), during the Promotion Period.
18. This Promotion is open to New Clients who:
a. Are aged 18 or older;
b. hold an Australian mobile phone number and/ or an Australian postal address;
c. are a resident of any Australian state or territory except the Australian Capital Territory;
d. successfully register for an account with Send via the official Send Payments website – www.sendpayments.com; and
e. comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
19. Registrations that are incomplete or do not meet the entry criteria will be deemed invalid.
20. The Promotion does not apply to registrations completed outside the Promotion Period.
21. The determination of whether a client meets the eligibility requirements is at Send’s sole determination based on its records.
DISQUALIFICATION
22. Send reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these Promotion Terms, or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct that jeopardises the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
PRIVACY
23. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to Send collecting, store, and using personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in accordance with Send’s privacy policy available at: Privacy Policy | Send Help Center
GENERAL ADVICE AND RELATIONSHIP
24. Any advice provided in respect the financial products purchased under this Promotion is general advice only and has been prepared without taking into account any clients’ objectives, financial situation or needs. Before purchasing any financial products, all clients should consider whether it’s appropriate to them, in light of their objectives, financial situation or needs.
25. Before taking part in the promotion and making any decision in relation to the offered product, all New Clients should consider Send’s Terms and Conditions, Product Disclosure Statement, and Financial Services Guide, and consider whether participating in the promotion is in line with their own objectives, financial situations or needs.
26. By entering this Promotion, each entrant warrants and agrees that:
a. Participation in this Promotion does not create any relationship of employee, agency, partnership, authorised representative, joint venture or otherwise between Send and the entrant;
b. Entrants are not authorised by Send to make any representations, guarantees or warranties on Send’s behalf in relation to Send’s services.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
27. You warrant and agree that:
a. you will comply with the obligations outlined under these Terms and Conditions of Promotion;
b. you will provide any additional information or documentation requested by Send from time to time required to enable Send to determine whether you meet the Eligibility Criteria or to otherwise facilitate providing a Promotion Payment to you under these Terms and Conditions.
c. you will comply with any reasonable directions or processes advised by Send to facilitate the Promotion Payment or to enable you to participate in the Promotion.
28. Send may decline to provide the Promotion Payment where you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
29.Send accepts no liability for:
a. any direct or indirect loss, damages, claims, fees or costs which arise from Send exercising its discretion under these Promotion Terms or under its Terms and Conditions of service.
b. any direct or indirect loss, damages, claims, fees or costs arising from your participation in the Promotion.
c. your failure to ensure that your details on your Send account are current and correct.
d. sending the Promotion Payment to the physical address recorded in your Send account records.
e. your failure to provide information or documents requested by Send pursuant to these Promotion Terms or Send’s Terms and Conditions of service in a timely manner.
AMENDMENTS
30. You may withdraw from participating in this Promotion by providing notice in writing to Send at marketing@sendpayments.com
31. You may update the physical address that the Promotion Payment is sent to by contacting marketing@sendpayments.com. Send may request (but is not obliged to request) evidence that the change in address details are authorised, or that the address is accurate.
32. Send may update, amend or terminate the following from time to time without notice to you:
a. These Terms and Conditions;
b. The eligibility requirements of transfers and requirements to participate in the Promotion;
c. The structure, framework and type of the Promotion.
33. Where Send updates, amends or terminates these Terms and Conditions or any processes relating to this Promotion, the updates, amendments or termination will apply to any transfers booked after the date of the relevant update, amendment or termination.
34. This promotion does not require a trade promotion permit and is not conducted in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
35. This promotion may be communicated through Send’s customer support channels, partner outreach and direct marketing communications directing eligible individuals to register at www.sendpayments.com
DEFINITIONS
36. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions the following definitions are applied:
a. New Client: means a client that was not a registered client of Send before the Promotion Period, who completes their registration of an account with Send during the Promotion Period. A New Client must comply with all requirements of registering for and holding an account and completing a transfer as outlined in Send’s Terms and Conditions of service, including providing all necessary documentation and undertaking all processes requested by Send in line with its processes and Terms and Conditions. A New Client expressly excludes clients that have already been referred to Send from another source (including from a Partner).
